If your agent loves talking about themselves, they must answer this question. It gives an idea of whether the realtor has a solid understanding of their job.

3. Do you know the area well?

Before contacting an agent, you must get some idea of the neighbourhood you are interested in moving to. When you have some places in mind, ask your agent how much they know about those places. 4. Is it a team effort, or do you work alone?
